This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of AgreeGuard Pro, operated by Aethorn Labs Ltd.. All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record.

1. 30-Day Refund Window

We offer a 30-day refund period. You may request a refund for any purchase of AgreeGuard Pro within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date.

Refunds requested within this period will be processed in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protection laws.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day window:

  • Include the email address used for your purchase
  • Include your Paddle order number or transaction ID

All refunds are issued and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may review refund requests to prevent fraud or abuse and will handle refunds in accordance with their official policies.
